My film and digital approach celebrates color, texture and identity. All of these images are of real people, in real moments happening at real weddings and elopements across Denver and Colorado. This documentary style has been a perfect match for a diverse range of weddings and experiences. Couples get to just be themselves fully and unapologetically. From queer celebrations to alternative wedding days, every story deserves to be documented honestly. Photographing on 35mm film alongside digital allows each moment to feel timeless while staying true to how it actually felt. These are images of people who let go and lived their wedding day fully.
